    Hello All,
Since joining Lebara, and porting my number in 3 days ago my RCS chats haven't worked. I've tried all the troubleshooting I can find online. Usually RCS chats just say 'connecting' but occasionally it says 'Not supported device does not meet security requirements'. I live in an area with no reception so rely on WiFi for calls and texts so this is very inconvenient for me, can someone help, would ordering a new sim card work??

You might need to update the number on your phone settings or Google account EmilyB5. Another suggested fix for this issue after porting is to disable RCS for 24 to 48 hours to allow it to reset and adjust to your new number.
