I never get any 5G connection with my Lebara SIM. My phone is 5G compatible (iPhone 16) and is set up to accept 5G in all the relevant settings. I know of other people using Lebara that are able to connect to 5G in the same areas where I am just getting 4G.
I've heard online of other people with similar issues and they claimed to have called customer support to have 5G manually enabled by support. I tried the same but customer support is just asking me to confirm my phone settings etc. and nothing has been fixed.
I've been on Lebara for more than a year now and never been able to connect to 5G, which is frustrating given that I pay for it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
