Roaming add on doesn’t let me make local calls in Canada

Roaming add on doesn’t let me make calls in Canada - I have purchased the Canada roaming add on and tried to call another mobile in Canada and message said I had no credit on my account

Local calls should be covered with the correct roaming add-on Pipistrelle so it sounds like something has gone wrong. Assuming the number you tried to call was a regular local Canadian number than you should contact customer support so they can take a look and see whats gone wrong.
