Keeping same number across dumb phone and iPhone

Hi,
Like many people I guess, my child can’t take a smart phone to school in Sept. Is there a way to allow them to use the same number in a dumb phone for school travel, as well as in an iPhone that they use outside of school? For example with Lebara can they have a physical sim in the dumb phone and an eSIM in the smart phone using the same number?

Confused it's not possible to have the same number across multiple SIMs. An alternative suggestion would be to swap the SIM into the dumb phone for school hours then back again but you cant do this by splitting the account across two SIMs.
