IP address recognised as outside UK by Lottey App

Have tried restarting the router as suggested by the Lottery Helpdesk, but my IP address is still showing as outside the UK.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a vpn?
Some websites recognise them as 'other countries' - even if you are logged on to one in the UK.
I usually turn mine off while accessing these awkward websites..

Do not change isp as no bady can track you there is no other network or provider that do not need your data do not use vpn
if any one ask or give some advaice about isp just ask them why do they need this aswer will shock you
