Why does no-one respond to my messages

Since March I have been tring to resolve an issue about voice mail. I either get completely useless information or nobody responds. Why?

Is it the same issue as I've just reported ("Test your voicemail"!) topic?

Hi Stephen, no my problem is related to changing my voicemail password to ensure it is secure. (The best information Lebara could offer was to point me towards the speaking clock!)
