Hello! I can see my data usage and there seem to be some large uses at various times of the day. Is there anyway that I can check the detail below that please as I cannot understand the reason?

Somebody is using much more data on my account than me. Mostly during the early hours of the morning when I am asleep, (around 3 am). This is even when my mobile data is switched off.
Clearly it is being stolen.
I encourage everyone to check their accounts for fraudulent use, and if necessary walk away. There are other providers.

I appear to have had a chunk of data used today that I cannot account for. I'll just have to wait for the data usage to appear on my account which for some ridiculous reason, is 2 days in arrears. I contacted customer service but they are also looking at the same info as me and cannot give me any info about the data usage today, which in 2026 seems to be completely insane. Lebara definitely seems to have some issues when it comes to security of your account/SIM.

I have checked again, and my data is still being used at times when I cannot account for it, particularly in the early hours, (3 to 6 am.), while I am asleep. It still happens if my mobile data is switched off on the phone. Myself and my family are preparing to leave Lebara for another provider, and actively looking at the alternatives.
Is this a matter for the police or media?

John2cv there does appear to be a case of people's data going missing if you start to trawl the internet & various forums. I can now see that 4.7gb was taken from my account at 0258am one morning which can't be possible as I turn off my mobile data and wifi at night as well as having the phone on do not disturb/sleep mode unless it is for urgent calls from particular contacts. There is definitely something going on that Lebara don't seem too interested in dealing with. I was basically told it must be my settings and was given 1gb for my trouble. Supposedly a complaint has been raised on my account but I do not have any access to view that, so I have my doubts there is one logged. Having used Lebara for many years, I am now starting to question if I stick with them.
