A few weeks ago i queried why my signal and my daughters signal were virtually zero, I was assured that there was engineering happening and will be back to full service soon.
2 weeks later i asked the exact same question and yet again we were reassured it was temporary...
I then proceeded to ask for advice and a refund for the amount of time we both have had no signal.
Still waiting for signal
My best signal was in the middle of the English Channel on a boat heading towards the Isle of Wight.
How can this still be a issue?
