Seems I am not the only one with signal issues
I seem to have awful signal and data most of the time. Apparently it should be good where I am but my phone is constantly without data or signal.

im not sure what has happened but it definitely needs resolving apparently no issues in my area… I think that is a lie.

RebeccaA1 can you confirm if your signal issues are happening when inside or in one particular location or is it in the general area?

      Hi martin
its all areas around where I live in Ipswich. And the villages around.

I was previously with another provider and the service was so much better

Im having the same problem, and so is my neighbour who is also on Lebara. I do have a signal, and supposedly no issues with the network. I've taken all the recommended steps to resolve, I've even got a new phone & then a new sim, but I'm unable to take or make calls most of the time. I managed to call Lebara today & the agent said she would re-set the settings & reassured me I would no longer have an issue, but I do. Calls break up, or sometimes just don't even connect. Im using WhatsApp to make calls the majority of the time. Im paying for a service I can't use & am considering going elsewhere.

I’m glad it’s not just me. I work on the road a lot so need signal! Without it it’s basically impossible to do my job efficiently.

I do hope you get a resolution soon though! They really need to sort it out or realise their product isn’t fit for purpose

Yes me too. Even lost signal trying to post this. Wished I'd never left EE

same with my sons phone. It's his first phone and he has Life360 on it. As soon as he leaves the house, it still says hes at home still, phone says not connected to network, Sim not registered, try to ring him and it says mobile phone is switched off. Had 2 resets and still not working.
