How on earth do I change my email address on my account?

This does not work. I have been trying repeatedly for months to use this. The OTP codes take too long to arrive and come up as invalid when you input them. I've also used the online chat to no avail. And I am not alone. Countless people are having the same issue. Someone needs to do something about this!
