Transfer number from one Lebara sim to another Lebara

I’ve tried the transfer of tel number and it says wrong tel number which it isn’t. This day n age are we still not able to transfer no.in the same company?
if not I’ll have to leave Lebara. Seems silly they’ll be loosing customers

I think the transfer option you looked at would be for coming into Lebara from another network. If you want to move a number from one account to the other you'll need to speak to customer support to see if this is possible.
