Uswitch offer

I completed a uswitch offer 50GB for £3.18 a month, my auto payment is set up, was last taken 7th June.
Today I’ve logged on to the message ‘I have no plan’ & of course that offer at that price is nowhere to be seen!

I would suggest contacting customer support for help with this one MichaelR5.
