Call goes to voicemail too fast

My phone only rings for about 6 seconds before it goes to voicemail. How can I make it ring for longer, so I actually get a chance to answer it?

KatharineB3 try dialing this enter this code: **61*121*10*SS# to extend your ring time. Let me know how you get on.

Where Martin shows SS in the code you need to substitute the number of seconds you want your phone to ring before being forwarded to Voicemail.
The maximum time is 30 but you can also enter 25, 20

Thanks, both of you. I'll give it a try and see what happens.

Thanks for clarifying that Wiganken! KatharineB3 please let us know how you get on.
