I just tried to call Jersey from Devon. I was told I needed to buy a top up because Jersey is not a country included in my call package. Its country code is +44. When I went through the chat app I was passed to a customer service operative that just kept repeating that it is not a country included in my package. My question was if I'm calling from a +44 number how could a +44 number not be included in my call package? I'm not interested in the history of the island, or the political nuances. Surely if it's the same country code it should be included? Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can complain to Lebara as I can't find a complaints link?

JuneW2 the Channel Islands are not part of the UK, they are British Overseas Territories with which are self governed with their own laws and tax systems. As such they are not considered as part of the UK when roaming or calling. If you wish to make a complaint you can find Lebara's process here.
