No SIM signal

I have no signal on my SIM. What could be causing this

Is this a new SIM AlisonL4 and if not when did the issue start happening?

Its not a new sim. I did have another SIM in the second slot and what I have noticed is that if I turn the second SIM off I only have Data on the Lebara SIM.
I have removed the second SIM to see what happens and it has turned off Lebara calls and messages.
I will try putting the Lebara SIM in the other slot to see if it makes a difference

Something else I have noticed. I ported my number over to Lebara but on the system, See previous screen shot, this is the original Lebara. However it does have my number on my account

It sounds like there is some kind of issue happening with the second SIM AlisonL4. I would suggest giving customer support a shout so they can take a look and find out whats going on.
