Request review not allowed

I have been using this my newly bought uk sim but now I woke up bam they banned my line just like that I try to request a review boom 💥 request review not allowed 😧😮 why?....... Please it's urgent what did I do how can I fix this

Have you spoken to customer support about this BernardT1? Lebara only ban accounts under very limited circumstances and if it's a new account that seems unlikely.

Yes I spoke to him his there asking me if the account is registered how does that gat to do with the issue my account was registered and I used it to creat Whatsapp then I woke up in the morning try to respond to a chat then I click the chat boom they banned me I try to click request review it says request review not allowed I haven't ever requested review even once on this sim I just got it it hasn't been long why are you guys doing this 02 sim is better then you guys for real fix this please
