New to Lebara - can’t use my mobile data

Any suggestions please? I’ve updated the APN
details.

Are calls and texts also not working SheilaW1964 or is it just mobile data you're having issues with?

I’ve sorted the data now and texts are working but I can’t make any calls. I can receive them fine. I called Lebara who say it’s a port-in issue and should fix itself. In the meantime I’ve been 3 days without full use of my phone.
