Data roaming not working

I’m in Switzerland and roaming is not working all settings are correct from instructions

Ok guessed that was the case, I’m now across the border in France on F SFR is this included in the roam like home destination?

Binzy yes France is a Roam like Home destination so you can use your phone just as you would in the UK. You can check if a country is included by using the roaming rates finder.
