Contacting Lebara

When I call the 5588 number it tells me I've called the wrong number

I also had this. Could be linked to the issues customer service alluded to.

To be honest I wasn't impressed with the customer service. The call agent even asked me to contact Lebara. I said I thought that's who I called then I heard a supervisor character in the background and then some inaudible instructions were issued and when I asked her to repeat them she said we're having technical issues and asked me to try activation later/tomorrow then hung up on me.

0/5 just plain rude and quite frankly they don't know what they're doing.
