How to turn off advertising notifcations

I have 3rd party marketing disabled, but I got a notification from lebara about a skin care product this morning. How do I turn those off?

You can manage marketing preferences in your My Lebara app Zaphod. Double check, and if all the setting are off the contact customer support for assistance.
