Roaming problem

I had to swap to an eSIM when upgrading to an iPhone air, everything worked perfectly in the UK however I then bought a roaming packageto travel to the Isle of Man my phone number and mobile data do not work. I wonder if it’s because the temporary number is still showing on my account. I have tried ringing customer services but they have not given me any helpful advice Has
anyone got any ideas of what I can do to get my services working thank you?

I have this problem too. I successfully ported my number using pac code but on my mobile it shows the temp lebara number, seems to have happened after roaming

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Mysteriously after 14 days my number reverted to the correct one. Whether this had anything to do with my phone calls emails etc I have no idea. Won’t know if all is well until the next time I have to buy a roaming package.
