Roaming in Greece problem

Hi, I cannot get roaming data to work in Greece although my settings are seemingly correct and I did get the welcome text as soon as I landed and turned off airplane mode. My Lebara SIM says 'emergency calls only'. I don't believe I have been out of signal range all this time. Am I missing something?? Pixel 8 BTW
Plan supports roaming, checked
Roaming data enabled, checked
Those SIM settings with user wap, password wap, checked
Any help greatly appreciated

Update: This was clearly a coverage issue. I am on the island of Rhodes and once we travelled further south I got a 'Welcome to Turkey' message and now I'm all good!
In summary, northern half of Rhodes seems to have very poor coverage\signal. Get to Lindos and you're golden 😁
