Physical to eSim swap

As part of process to swap from physical to eSim, on Lebara website, after confirming that my iPhome 14 Pro Max is compatible for an eSim, the next screen does not allow me to enter my mob no. that they require. When tapping on to attempt to enter mob no. the keyboard does not come up.
So unable to swap from physical to eSim…
Any solutions pls as cust service cannot help apart from sending link for the process…

ThankiS there are no issues that I'm aware of with the eSIM from or process. Have you tried on different browsers or devices?
