Hello… I have four Lebara SIMs (UK) - all with roaming to the EU included. Three of them work perfectly having just landed in Croatia, but one doesn’t. They are all on iPhones and the problematic one is neither the newest or oldest, so it doesn’t seem to be about age of device. We’ve entered the WAP etc details on the Lebara website, and this doesn’t change anything. In fact, the three working phones still have the existing wap.vodafone.co.uk details. But even when we reset the problematic phone to the defaults (the Vodafone stuff as detailed above), it still doesn’t work. The phone works fine on Lebara in the UK as home country. We’ve tried resetting network settings etc and still no luck. Any advice would be welcome (if it helps, it took the other three phones about 15 minutes to work on roaming - which was a little unusual compared to our previous experience on EE). AndyH5 it sounds like you've done all the necessary troubleshooting so I will point you towards customer support for more help with this one.
