Roaming in Switzerland

Hi

I'm travelling to Switzerland at the end of the month but will be in France before that. When I am in France will I be able to buy the roaming address on for Switzerland or do I need to buy it in the UK? Slightly concerned as it's an 8 day pass but as mentioned in France for a few days first (which I don't need the add on for)
