eSIM needed

I have a normal SIM card, I need to change this to an eSIM asap!
i have to swap between sims and I’ve lost the Labara one 😩
without it I can’t log into my account properly because the only option is to get a code to the number attached to the Labara sim!!!
how can I swap from normal sim to eSIM without physically having the normal sim?!?!
