Hello. I pay monthly and like to try my luck on Make Me a Winner on Greatest Hits Radio. However I can't send texts to the premium rate number since I moved over. I contacted Lebara and they said i needed to top up with cash, but I have done that and it still doesn't work. I am now £10 in credit that I won't be able to use unless I can text. Has anybody managed to text a premium rate number?

No nothing. I am £10 in credit and when I try to send a text to a premium rate number I just get the spinning wheel of doom until it decides to tell me the message failed to send.

I am still £10 in credit and can't use it as the deal with Lebara is so good that everything is included, but I have found a phone number I can dial to enter the competition for free and that would appear to be taken out of my monthly usage allowance so it doesn't actually cost anything, so that is a win, I suppose. I just want my tenner back now.
