Full signal but no internet

We have been visiting an ill family member and whilst all three of us have 4 bars of signal but mobile data is not working. We have tried and checked the apn settings, restarted phones tried help and support but to no avail. 4 days so far. If we drive elsewhere mobile data works. We even had someone visit on Vodafone and complained of the same problem. Full signal, on Vodafone but not able to use the internet or WhatsApp. Any ideas how we can fix this? The network checker says good signal indoors and out. It’s like the data has been shut off or overloaded where we are but we can’t work out how to report it so it gets fixed.

did u registred the internet? Maybe used only wify?

Thanks for the reply. All our phones work on the internet when we are elsewhere. I think the Vodafone mast has a problem as our friends who visited and use Vodafone have the same problem. Lebara has been no use and it is probably time to change providers.

Early in the morning it works, late evening it works albeit slowly.
