I recently lost my lebara phone. ive just got a new phone and lebara sim and want to transfer the old number to my new lebara sim. i dont have any credit on the new sim though

You wont need credit to transfer your number to your new SIM Vulcan2018. Some information on the process can be found here and if you have any issues give customer support a shout for help.
