VishnuM2 Just get a lebara physical sim card and get the esim details transferred over to it.
If and when Lebara get the esim problem fixed for the Pixel phones, you can easily transfer it back to an esim if you want to.
But if you want a working phone in the meantime , this is the only solution.

is this resolved? I have the very same problem with the esim transfer to P11P since yesterday. No incoming calls.
However, I managed to get it working after I cleared cache and storage across all the phone system apps. The incoming calls started to work for a few rings and then stopped again. Painful.

df1603 If it was resolved you would be receiving calls by now, so I guess its still a work in progress.
Only way to solve the problem just now is to go back to a physical sim until it is fully resolved.
The only other fix is to set your phone to 3g only and turn off wifi calling and you will receive calls on the esim.
But that's not what we buy expensive phones for. LoL.

No it's not resolved but I think Lebara are at least aware of it, I've just had an email apologising for the 'technical errors caused during your SIM update process'.

Either way, I've bought a physical SIM for 79p and am migrating my esim to that.

reducing to 3G with wifi-call off works but not ideal. wondering if this is limited to Lebara only, are other carriers esim impacted as well?

I had a Smarty (runs on Three) esim in my Pixel 11 Pro that was working fine for the few days before I ported over to Lebara. Be interesting if any other networks that run on Vodafone have had issues.

Martin Absolute waste of bloody time Lebara customer service, I now have no outgoing
calls as well as not being able to receive incoming calls. 2 weeks and nothing. And to add insult to injury Lebara complaints actually tried calling me on the number that I CAN'T receive incoming calls on.

. Martin - interestingly, in the last few minutes, the number I ported over to Lebara from Smarty with has disappeared from my eSim - the eSim still works for data but there is no phone number attached to it at all, so outgoing calls fail and incoming calls that previously went straight to voicemail now just fail immediately.

I did speak to customer service this morning to port to a physical SIM, but that isn't due to happen until Monday at the earliest and that SIM still currently shows as having the PAYG number I purchased it with when I switch the SIM on in the phone. Very bizarre.

. DenG13 Yes this has just happened to me too - if you go into your esim does the number now say 'unknown' where previously your usual phone number was listed?

TomM7 Hi Tom, yes my phone number and esim have vanished from the settings but I can still get data browsing and incoming texts,no outgoing texts tho.

TomM7 Don't hold your breathe on it, the customer service department seems pretty clueless about what's going on. They should at least be getting updates but they just keep fobbing the customer off.

After a week of no working phone I'm leaving Lebara because this is terrible. I even got a SIM card and asked them to move my number to it and they haven't (it's been over 24hr) it's a joke, so toodaloo Lebara
