Text message to Sweden blocked

As above, trying to return a text from my brother and my phone won't send it. Got loads of data available. It looks like I need to change my plan but the help section here is useless it only works if you ask a standard question. I typed in 'Why cant I text a Swedish number?' and the question box just froze.

Martin Currently on the 5gb mse Monthly plan. Barely use a gig a month rarely send text messages in uk and very few phone calls. My brother has lived in Sweden for over 40 years and he's finally got a phone!
