I found it useful to view my telephone history but now have to download a PDF or Excel file which is a pain. What do others think?
Why can’t we view our telephone history instead of having to download it?

NigelB12 The usage breakdown can be found in the documents that you can download from the app. The chart provides a visual presentation of the monthly usage, allowing for an easy month on month comparison. It's a new feature intended to make month on month comparison.
The below image shows where you can access the detailed breakdown. Let me know how you get on!

Hi Martin Thanks for the reply. I know how Labara have changed the app but as far as I’m concerned it’s not for the better. I don’t want to download PDF or Excel files, I just want to look at the phone numbers. I’m not intestated in month to month comparisons.
a step backwards in my opinion.

I agree with the others. I don’t want to download a pdf to see my call history! I am 90 years old and this is another additional nuisance step! Who decided customers would prefer month on month comparison?! Lebara has removed useful information and replaced with pointless bar charts! Also, why isn’t your customer service responding to my request?! I raised a ticket over two weeks ago: CAS-2874255-Z7W5Q4.
