Yes I am facing the same problem where I cannot receive any incoming calls. Support asked me to initially wait for 24 hrs and now 5-7 working days.

I am facing the same issue, can't find Pixel 11 pro on compatible list. The customer service agents are providing alternate solution to buy new esim (which is only available for Iphone Air model) https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/fmnvo/mi...=esimMigration. They said to try that if it works, then return that number by choosing migration option. Why can't they give a specific roll out date for Pixel 11 series

Sonia One of the reason I am not compelled by alternate solution shared by Lebara support. You need phone for your daily life and you loose the sim card once it is migrated

Also facing the same issue. Just made a request to Lebara to switch me to a physical SIM card instead, I'm hoping that will fix the issue

The complaints team are calling me on a daily basis with updates. They have said that L2 are aware that eSim don't work on a Pixel 11.
It's just a shame the website hasn't been updated.

Really? I have got 0 updates from them...but I guess they can't actually call me 🤔

DarrylP Yes ,,, changing back from a Lebara esim to an actual Lebara sim card fixes the problem of not receiving calls..

Yes mine started working too on the physical SIM
Took 24 hours to switch over (I already had an unused Lebara SIM)

Did you get a resolution to your issues? Ive started getting problems receiving SMS shortcodes on my Pixel 11 and the support team are trying to say its an issue thats only just started happening
