Referral code didnt work- Set up 4 new connections for Family/myself

Hi, I set up 4 new connections on Sunday 30.8.26 and are all active with e sims now. Wasn't able to use the referral link and therefore request you to help me sort this so i don't lose the offer to referral credits. Can someone help me and be in touch.
