hi, currently I am using 2 Lebara sim cards, one is for unlimited data and I am using it as my home WiFi connection. the other is a 10GB monthly card for my personal mobile phone.
I work in yhe local council and most days I work from home. I need to access to council systems via their VPN all the time.
Since last Wednesday I couldn't quite log in to those council systems and intranet with my home WiFi. But it was fine for browsing any other websites like Google.
When trying to use my mobile phone as a hot-spot, it worked. I also tried plug in that unlimited data sim card to my mobile phone and another mobile phone and turned on the hot-spot, in both occasions I failed to log in to the council systems.
Both Internet and VPN were showing connected all the time.
I wonder why my 10GB Lebara sim card allows me to get onto the council systems whereas the unlimited one doesn't? Would you please look at the settings of the unlimited data sim card nd advise? I intend to use it for my home WiFi but obviously it's now failing to do so, hope thus can be fixed?
