Texts not sent

Texts, SMS and MMS not activated on the netrwork

Isleofwighter I'm sure we can get this sorted out for you! Are you having issues with a new SIM or account or is it an existing plan that has stopped working?

It is both a new account and a new sim. It worked the first 2days (sms), but then stopped working,this morning. I have tried to find out how to restore it but not successful. I have a motorola G67 phone-4G only.

Isleofwighter Found out what the problem was. I was texting to a friend in Europe, I missed the bit about fee texts only in Uk. Cant find how to add texting to Europe though, I read somewhere that an mms would cost 45p but how do you pay???

Thanks for the clarification on this one Isleofwighter. International messages are not covered by your normal allowance so you'll need to top up to send a message to France. Rates can be found here.

Martin Do I add data, or international calls. Nowhere does it say add credit for texts abroad. Not very impressed with the web site.

Lebara offers no credit anything outside allowance is charged.
Dont know any provider who offers free texts outside uk.
If you use WhatsApp or RCS chats it's free as it just uses data

I want to know how I can pay for TEXTS to Europe. MMS texts should go by data but doesn't work. The person I communicate with does not use WhatsApp. This function perfectly with my previous provider. If I cant do this with Lebara then I will just leave for someone else..
