How to claim £25 voucher for joining

I joined through Martin Lewis' MSE site and was promised a £25 voucher after 90days. It's been longer than that but, after asking Lebara help/chat they told me they knew of no such thing.
Can you please help? TIA
Btw i apologise in advance if my post is incorrect but im finding this page difficult to navigate. Eg some parts do not fully appear.

Sorry I can't immediately find it but Chat gpt did find a contemporaneous mention of a £25 voucher linked to Lebara's deal of £6.90 for 35gbt in mse forum, Oct 2025, when I became a customer. I have reached out to MSE today and hope to hear back ASAP. Meanwhile I will dig deeper into mse app as sometimes I save their pages regarding deals.
I should point out that others seem to experience problems getting their joining vouchers also those who have referred a friend. It seems I'm not alone.
