Text not sent

Hi , I tried to send a text message and I received a reply saying, text not sent service not activated on network. I have sent various texts previously and had no problem . What would be the cause please.

Steve19 was this just a regular SMS or were you trying to send a picture message?

Martin Hi Martin, this was just a regular text message, although I think my message eventually got sent but I couldn't understand why this happened. Thanks for the reply

Thanks for the clarification Steve19. I think you'll need to contact customer support for further help with this one. It might be something account related and they will be able to check.
