Late delivery

I ordered a sim card from 12/09. I’ve received an email from Monday notifying my order status. Why currently I don’t receive anything yet?

NgocAnhP Hi, As Sims are delivered by royal mail I would suggest they are a bit slow in your post code area.Mine came the next day first class post.
