I have my lebara sim since 06/07/2025. I bought 30 days plan only when travelling to
the U.K.. and the last time I used Lebara services was around 18 june 2026. . I have no credit on my sim. I need to buy a new 30 d plan at end november 2026 since I will be in U.K. at that time.
I received two emails from Lebara:
    1) informing me "We noticed your SIM hasn't been used for a while. To keep your number and any remaining credit, you'll need to use your SIM within the next 11 days. After that, your service will be disconnected and any unused credit will be lost."
2 )informing me " Heads up, your Lebara number will expire in 2 days unless you use your SIM. The good news? Keeping it is easy. All you need to do is make a call, send a text, use some data, top up or buy a plan before then, and you'll stay connected".
Now my sim is disabled since the last 30 d plan has expired. As for Lebara conditions art 13, 5 "If you do not use the Services to carry out at least one Chargeable Activity with your SIM Card for a consecutive period of ninety (90) days, you will lose any top up credit or outstanding balance remaining. To continue using our Services, you will need to make a top up or add a plan online or with a voucher in-store" and 13.6 "If your do not use the Services to perform at least one Chargeable Activity for a further consecutive period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, this agreement will be deemed terminated by you, the
service will be disconnected and the SIM will no longer be available for further use"
Does conditions mean that I will be able to buy a new plan in november without adding anything now and continue using my sim after buying the new plan? Or should I better do a top up now to avoid loosing my sim and phone number?
    Thanks for any help.

MarjanR Lebara SIMs stay valid for 90days of non usage after which the SIM is temporarily barred. The sim will continue to stay active for a further 365 days of inactivity and only after that period will the SIM be permanently banned.
You can reactivate your SIM at any point during this 1 year period by topping up your balance or purchasing a plan from any of our channels such as the My Lebara app or the main website. This process will reset the SIM and you can then continue to use it as normal.
