Sim problem

My friend tried to ring me through there land line is saying not recognised any body else had problems I had my number ported it’s been 2 days I done everything.

It might be an issue related to the porting process JohnH57. It's been a few days now, are you still experiencing the issue?

Yes still having issues able to ring my friend on her land line but she cart ring me and other friends cart get in touch with me keeps saying number not recognised just might help other users has not had this problem before on porting.

Did you change to an Esim? Currently I cannot receive calls either. Straight to voicemail, if voicemail is disabled they get not recognised.
