labara allowance

for £ 5 , it says 1000 minutes calls,1000 texts
what does it mean?
every time I make a local call it is charged, and the £ 5 is finished before it even started !!!
what exactly is labra about ? I have serious doubts about its credibility ?
can some one ex[plain ?

Sounds like you’ve added £5 credit rather than buying a £5 monthly bundle. Talk to customer services, they may be able to switch it over for you. Or just buy a bundle.
