On holiday in Spain can’t use 5G

KennethW9 there could be a number of reasons that 5G is not working while you'e roaming. It could be that the local network is busy or doesn't support 5G yet. Are you get a decent 4G signal there?

Hi both my wife have iPhone 14 after speaking in an online chat mine now has 5g, but my wife has no 5 g, checked mobile settings to make sure both are the same, still only mine has 5 g. Should I have told Lebara that we were going to Spain

Does your wifes phone get 5g in UK are you both Lebara. Is she downloading a lot that she needs 5g. Is 5g option enabled as sometimes to save battery you can enable 4g max only i do this to extend battery

Yes my wife’s iPhone gets 5g, both on Lebara, no she doesn’t download a lot but needs to forward pictures etc

She needs to check if she has 5g enabled on phone.
For example on my phone i enable 4g max to save battery
