Migrating number to new sim

I already have a Lebara number and I've purchased a new Lebara SIM with a cheaper plan. I want to keep my existing Lebara mobile number but move it onto the new SIM/plan.

ParvezNawaz I'll need to double check with the team but I don't believe thats possible. I'll confirm either way and let you know shortly.

I would like to do the same. I called Customer Service and was told it's not possible, even using a PAC code when changing from Lebara to Lebara. One possible workaround is to transfer the number you want to keep onto another network using a PAC and then porting it in to the new cheaper sim

They tried to seell me another plan but was much higher than the deal i got from Moneysupermark.
Lebara sort your internal processes out or your loss all your existing customers.
