Joining lebara - not working so far

I’ve just joined lebara and wanted to port across my old number so did as directed with PAC etc. My old Sim stopped working this morning so I’ve switched to the Lebara Sim but it’s on a new number not my old one as requested. There’s no response in Help (from bot or live help). How long should it take for my old number to port across? And how do I get support if it doesn’t happen?

LucyH6 porting generally wont take longer than 24 hours. Has your old number ported across yet?
