Order Almost Complete: Please Send More Info

I paid for iphone via Lebara Powered by AO. The money is withdrawn from my account. Lebara AO Retail, their partner, says that they need more info to release my order. What could be wrong? There is no information available on their support pages.

Martin Thanks. Unfortunately, the status only said "provide documentation". I had to call support team who sent me a link for id check against fraud detection. I wish the information is more clearer. Issue now fixed.
