    Hi, is there any restrictions on existing customers switching to new tariffs deals or are they for new customers only?

    Jimbo1 Is there a specific tariff that you're interested in so I can check? It would also be helpful to know what tariff you're currently on now? Thanks!

      There is a restriction on existing customers switching to 3rd-party deals, such as those from USwitch and MSE. These deals are only available to new customers and new numbers (or so-say the Lebara customer services when I enquired on the chat).

        I recently sent my PAC code to Lebara,to keep my existing number but when I phone someone, my number comes up as my old Lebara number. Can someone tell me why?

          Blakey have you tried switching your phone off then back on since porting your number ? It needs a reboot to switch the new settings over, my dads did this with text messages, switched it off then on and it corrected evrything
