Bad cellular network

These days I hardly call with extremely poor cellular connectivity at home. Sometimes it’s 0 connection. What’s wrong with the network?

I'm not aware of any widespread network issues Venice. Have you looked at the network status checker for any issues in your area?

Checked with your colleague through live chat that my home area is undergoing maintenance work. I have already raised a complaint but your colleague couldn’t reach me through calls. Still no response from customer service team via email.
