20gb but only shows as 5gb?

Hi I have the '20GB Uswitch exclusive monthly plan'. But my mobile data in the phone only shows a 5gb limit? Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

JoBy could it be a data limit or warning setting that you're looking at on the phone? What does it say about your available data in the MyLebara app?
