Depending upon your phone model you may want to read up on some of the other posts on here, there are some issues with some makes and models, especially Google Pixels.

I cant received calls or make calls I managed to get through twice to Lebara only to be cut off and they never rang me back this is disgusting I have turned my phone off and took my sim card out and still no signal

My phone is a Samsung A26 it can't be my phone because some of my family & friends are having the same issue. And we have all different phones

When my eSIM is connected can I then remove physical sim. Is it now deactivated?

It looks like there are 2 versions of the A26 on the compatible devices list Jane so if you're having issues you'll need to reach out to customer support.

JohnG26 yes once the process is complete you can remove the original SIM.
